The Inclusiv Family

Our values and commitment resonate in everything we do.

Our Story

At the Inclusiv Group, we’re more than a research company. We’re partners in building success.

Our crew is a diverse team of historians, educators, tech experts, archivists, geographers, and business leaders passionate about creating a more equitable and sustainable world. We focus on understanding our client’s unique challenges, priorities, and objectives. Our goal? To deliver expert reports, comprehensive analyses, and innovative solutions that drive meaningful change.

With over 35 years of experience, our commitment to accuracy, effective project management, and mutual respect have made us trusted partners for legal firms, heritage groups, corporations, museums, and NPOs.

Co-founders Niki Eckardt and Sam Cronk bring an unexpected combination of business, tech-savvy, and boundless curiosity. Sam is an award-winning educator, curator, policy wonk, and cultural historian dedicated to supporting underserved communities through expert research and resources. Niki is a highly respected mentor and entrepreneur, tailoring workshops and technological strategies that amplify national and international corporate leadership at all stages of growth. We are practical, and experienced professionals focused on analytical excellence, sustainability, and resilience for our clients.

Some years ago, we realized that the industries surrounding us needed to change. Reconciliation and equity had become marketable buzzwords rather than core values. Profits were too often prioritized over every other critical consideration, and complacency was rampant.

So we consulted with community and corporate leadership, non-profits, government agencies, and legal teams. We listened to councillors, scholars, angel investors, Clan mothers, archivists, IT specialists, grass-roots leadership, and CEOS focused on resilience and sustainability. And we committed ourselves to create a collaborative environment that values innovation, rigorous analysis, cultural awareness, and respect.

At Inclusiv, we listen to you. Effective data and research excellence are vital to making informed decisions. Let’s connect for a discovery call to see how we can support your success.

They're a talented bunch

The only way to create real change in society is with great people who truly enjoy what they do, so we make sure to only hire the best.
